Virginia Bicycling Federation’s ‘Bicycling Friendly’ decal was presented by the Blue Ridge Bicycle Club to River Laker for going carless and making a big deal about it! at the Mayor’s Bike Ride on Saturday, May 2 . Showcased were the Mayor, Vice Mayor Lea, and Dr. Cutler from City Council. Sheriff Octavia Johnson was there. Senator Edwards rode a SHAREBIKE to the Monument…and Goodlatte sent a letter of support.
